Recoltes&Nous is a demonstration farm located near a major urban centre. It produces arable crops, vegetables, and spirulina, and includes a small laboratory, equipment storage, a vegetable processing area, and cereal-drying facilities.
Open to all initiatives that promote circularity, eco-responsibility, and short supply chains, the association offers a space where local farmers can exchange ideas and build synergies across a landscape of small farms. It also supports aspiring entrepreneurs by providing access to a few acres of land or practical guidance to help them get started.
